Cheesy brie and caramelized onion pull-apart, perfect for entertaining with gooey goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 500g White Sourdough Vienna loaf
  • 160g relish
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 125g brie, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml thyme leaves
  • 1.20 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with 2 large sheets of foil to wrap the loaf.
  • Score the top of the loaf diagonally in a checkerboard pattern using a large serrated knife, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • - Distribute the caramelised onions evenly into the cuts. Fill with a combination of mozzarella, brie, and fresh thyme. Brush the loaf with oil, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Wrap the loaf in foil, bake for 20 minutes until the cheese melts. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy. Serve hot.
