Irresistible brie and caramelized onion pull-apart: melty cheese perfection for every party!
Ingredients:
  • 500g White Sourdough Vienna loaf
  • 160g relish
  • 100g mozzarella
  • 125g brie, thinly sliced
  • 20.00 ml thyme leaves
  • 1.20 gm sea salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with 2 sheets of foil big enough to wrap the loaf completely.
  • Carefully use a large serrated knife to diagonally score the top of the loaf in a checkerboard pattern without cutting all the way through.
  • Place a generous amount of caramelised onion into the cuts of the bread. Fill with a blend of melted mozzarella, creamy brie, and fragrant thyme. Brush the entire loaf with a coating of oil and sprinkle with a touch of sea salt.
  • Wrap the loaf in foil to seal in the flavors. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until crispy. Serve immediately to enjoy it at its best.
