Quick and easy party centrepiece: warm brie dip with cranberry sauce topped with baked croissant dippers. No crackers needed.
Ingredients:
  • 3 frozen Bake At Home All Butter Croissants, frozen
  • 200g Triple Cream Brie wheel
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 46.80 gm Cranberry Sauce
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C (180C fan forced) and prepare a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Slice the croissants both lengthwise and crosswise. Position the brie in the center of the prepared tray. Surround the brie with the croissant halves, ensuring a 5mm gap from the brie to form a wreath shape. Remove the brie wheel and keep aside for later. Brush the croissants with egg wash. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern using a small sharp knife.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Center the brie in the pastry ring, then spread cranberry sauce on top. Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is warm. Garnish with thyme and serve hot. View our video for a visual guide on making our Brie and Cranberry Croissant Wreath.
