Chicken and Cranberry Pizza with Brie and Almonds

Try a unique pizza with brie, cranberry sauce, chicken, mozzarella, and almonds for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked Italian pizza crust
  • 1.5 cups whole-berry cranberry sauce from a 16-ounce can
  • 2 cups shredded chicken*
  • 4 ounces Brie, cut into small chunks
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees, with the rack positioned at the lowest level. Spread 1 cup of cranberry sauce over the pizza crust on a baking sheet. Toss the chicken with the remaining 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce. Top the pizza with the cranberry chicken, brie, green onions, almonds, and mozzarella. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the crust is crisp and the cheese is melted. Slice into 6 pieces and enjoy!
