Quickly blanch broccoli for vibrant color and perfect crunch.
Ingredients:
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large head of broccoli
  • a small of knob of unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. 2. Cut broccoli into florets and slice the stalk. 3. Carefully add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender. 4. Drain the broccoli and let it steam dry. 5. Return the broccoli to the pot and season with salt, pepper, and butter. 6. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
