Brilliant gluten-free bread sauce

Enhance your poultry roast with a gluten-free bread sauce for all to savor.
Ingredients:
  • 750 ml milk
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 6 slices of white gluten-free bread
  • 1 large knob of butter
  • 1 splash of double cream
Instructions:
  • In a small nonstick pan, combine milk, peeled and chopped onion, peeled garlic, cloves, bay leaves, and season generously. Tear bread into chunks. Bring mixture to a boil, add bread, and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes until onion is cooked. Remove cloves and bay leaves, then blend the sauce until smooth. Adjust seasoning, thicken over low heat, and finish by stirring in butter and cream.
