Broad beans with mixed herbs

"Vibrant broad beans elevate any salad with freshness and excitement."
Ingredients:
  • 500g frozen broad beans
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml white wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot (eschalot), chopped
  • 20.00 ml chopped chives
  • 20.00 ml chopped parsley
  • 20.00 ml chopped mint
  • 50g Brand goat's cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Place broad beans in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Allow to soak for 5 minutes. Peel and discard skins.
  • Combine the oil, vinegar, and shallot in a bowl. Add the peeled broad beans and gently mix to coat them. Transfer the mixture to a serving plate, then sprinkle the herbs and crumbled goat's cheese on top.
