  • 300g broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 200g green beans, trimmed
  • 60.00 gm reduced-fat fresh ricotta
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
  • 20.00 ml toasted flaked almonds
Instructions:
  • Steam broccoli and beans in a metal steamer over simmering water in a large saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
