Elevate your party dip with a delicious twist using frozen broccoli and cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli & cheese sauce
  • 1 container (8 oz) chive and onion cream cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 cup roasted red bell peppers (from a jar), drained, chopped
  • 1 loaf (16 inch) baguette French bread, cut into 1/4-inch slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Steam broccoli according to package instructions, being careful not to overcook. Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1/2-inch in size.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese spread, mayonnaise, milk, ground red pepper, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese until smooth. Fold in broccoli, artichoke hearts, and roasted red peppers. Transfer the mixture to a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Enjoy with baguette slices.
