Ziti pasta with creamy Alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli, and artichoke hearts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound dry ziti pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 large heads broccoli, steamed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts in water
  • 6 breaded and fried skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, chopped
Instructions:
  • Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta.
  • Saute garlic in butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then combine with heavy cream, chicken broth, and bouillon. Mix in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Adjust cornstarch as needed to thicken the sauce to your preference. Simmer everything together for approximately 20 minutes.
  • After the sauce has cooked and thickened, incorporate the broccoli and artichoke hearts, cooking together for 2 to 3 minutes. Combine the cooked ziti pasta in a large bowl, pour the sauce over it, and toss to coat. Add the chicken pieces and mix well. Serve and enjoy the delicious meal!
