Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Delicious broccoli, cheese, and rice blend - a childhood favorite! You'll be hooked!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package yellow rice
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar process cheese sauce
Instructions:
  • Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in rice, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfect bake!
  • 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions. 2. In a large skillet, heat the frozen broccoli on low-medium heat until 90% defrosted. 3. Stir in the processed cheese sauce and let it melt. 4. Once the rice is done, combine the broccoli-cheese mixture and rice in a 9x13 baking dish, and mix thoroughly.
  • Bake the casserole in the preheated 400°F (200°C) oven for about 10 minutes, or until it's thoroughly heated.
