Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Broccoli stuffed pasta for a family-friendly meal!
Ingredients:
  • 18 uncooked jumbo pasta shells (from 12-oz box)
  • 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli & cheese sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (2 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups Muir Glen™ classic marinara organic pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Follow the package instructions to cook the pasta, then drain and set aside.
  • While the broccoli is cooking as instructed on the bag, in a medium bowl, combine the cooked broccoli, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder until thoroughly combined. Fill each shell with approximately 2 tablespoons of the broccoli mixture.
  • Pour 1 cup of pasta sauce into an ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Arrange shells on top of the sauce. Drizzle the remaining 1 cup of sauce over the shells and top with Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake until golden and bubbling, around 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
