Delicious meatloaf filled with savory steak sauce, fresh cilantro, and peppers, stuffed with ham, gooey Cheddar cheese, and broccoli.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1.5 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup steak sauce
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 15 slices thinly sliced ham
  • 10 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and steak sauce in a large mixing bowl, mixing thoroughly. Blend in soup mix, green pepper, onion, cilantro, and garlic.
  • Place the beef mixture on a large piece of aluminum foil and shape it into a flat rectangle. Arrange layers of ham, Cheddar cheese, more ham, and broccoli on top of the beef, from end to end.
  • Wrap the meatloaf tightly in foil, ensuring the ends are secure. Place the foil-wrapped meatloaf on a medium baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven for 60 minutes until perfectly cooked.
