Try these flavorful vegetarian broccoli steaks topped with crunchy hazelnuts and savory parmesan for a satisfying meatless dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head broccoli, sliced into thick “steaks”
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Pinch dried chilli flakes
  • 30g (1/4 cup) chopped hazelnuts
  • 20g (1/4 cup) shredded parmesan
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200C/180C fan forced and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on the tray. Mix oil, garlic, and chili in a small bowl, then brush over the broccoli. Sprinkle hazelnuts on top. Bake for 20 minutes until the broccoli is tender. Season and finish by sprinkling with Parmesan before serving.
