Grouper with zesty Creole rub, topped with crab and shrimp sauce - a mouthwatering delight!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Creole mustard
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1 (4 ounce) can small shrimp, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds grouper fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven broiler and line a medium baking dish with foil.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter with cream. Stir in Creole mustard until blended. Cook until thickened. Add crab and shrimp, then season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat through before serving.
  • Lay the grouper in the baking dish, massage with olive oil, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Broil the grouper for about 4 minutes on each side until easily flaked with a fork. Serve by topping the fish with the crab and shrimp mixture.
