Delicious brown sugar and peach brown rice pudding with crunchy nuts.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 (16 ounce) can peaches in juice
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Combine peaches, rice, 1/4 cup water, brown sugar, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat. Cook until peaches start to soften, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add butter, then serve sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
