Decadent honey-cinnamon Graham cookies - perfect for gifting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Combine both flours, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add butter and blend with a pastry blender or two knives until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  • Combine honey, milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Slowly incorporate this mixture into the flour mixture, stirring with a fork until a dough forms. Divide the dough in half and shape each portion into a flattened round. Wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Unwrap the dough and roll each portion to 1/4-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface. Cut using a floured 2 1/2-inch round cookie cutter. Place rounds 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets. You can reroll scraps for more cutouts if desired. Sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are set. Allow to cool for 1 minute before transferring from the cookie sheets to cooling racks. Let cool completely for about 30 minutes.
