Try a unique twist on meatballs by blending smoked ham, sausage, beef, and graham cracker crumbs with milk and eggs. Bake the mixture into savory balls and coat them in a tangy sauce of tomato, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard powder.
Ingredients:
  • 1.25 pounds ground smoked ham
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine ham, pork or sausage, and ground beef in a large bowl. Mix in milk, eggs, and graham cracker crumbs until well combined. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Combine soup, vinegar, brown sugar, and mustard powder in a bowl, mix thoroughly, then pour over the meatballs.
  • Roast in the oven at 350 degrees until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (73 degrees C), approximately 1 hour.
