Indulgent no-bake squares with graham crackers, brown sugar, coconut, and walnuts for a sweet treat.
Ingredients:
  • whole graham crackers
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla custard powder
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Arrange whole graham crackers in a single layer in a 9x9 inch baking dish, ensuring they do not overlap.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, let 1/2 cup of butter, brown sugar, and an egg come to a boil. Mix in the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and walnuts.
  • Take the saucepan off the heat, then delicately spread the mixture evenly over the graham crackers to cover the entire surface of the baking dish.
  • Cream together the butter, evaporated milk, custard powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the luxurious icing evenly over the delectable crushed graham cracker filling. Cover and chill in the refrigerator.
