Irresistibly decadent treat blending brownie and cookie flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 500g pkt Double Chocolate Brownie baking mix
  • 2 Free Range Eggs
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 450g pkt Aunty Kath’s M&M’s Minis cookie dough
  • M&M’s Minis, to sprinkle
  • Mars M&M’s, to sprinkle
  • Coles Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Ice Cream, to serve
  • Chocolate fudge topping, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a 24cm ovenproof frying pan and line the base with baking paper for easy cleanup.
  • Mix the brownie mix, eggs, and butter in a bowl, then spread the batter around the edge of the pan. Shape the cookie dough into a large disc and place it in the center of the pan. Sprinkle generously with M&M’s and M&M’s Minis.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until beautifully golden and fully cooked. Add generous scoops of ice cream, a decadent drizzle of chocolate fudge, sprinkle with extra M&M’s, and serve while warm.
