Create irresistible brownie-cookie cupcakes using Betty Crocker™ chocolate chip cookie mix and Supreme original brownie mix, topped with Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Original Brownie Mix
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper baking cups. Follow instructions on the cookie dough pouch, using butter and 1 egg as directed.
  • Prepare the brownie batter following the instructions on the box, using water, oil, and the two remaining eggs to achieve a cake-like texture.
  • Spoon 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into each muffin cup. Flatten the cookie dough in each cup using a cooking spray-coated teaspoon. Refrigerate the remaining cookie dough for later use.
  • Spoon 3 tablespoons of brownie batter over the cookie dough in each cup. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Let them cool completely for about 45 minutes.
  • Scoop out rounded teaspoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden brown. Let them cool for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack. Allow the cookies to cool completely for about 15 minutes.
  • Top cupcakes with a generous layer of frosting and then sprinkle crumbled 3 baked cookies over the top.
