Indulgent brookies- cookies and brownies combined. Chill dough overnight for best results.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 0.67 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
  • 0.25 cup confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
  • Mix the flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar, and cocoa until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla, then mix in the flour. Gently fold in nuts if preferred. Refrigerate the dough overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a cookie sheet.
  • Shape dough into walnut-sized balls and coat them with confectioners' sugar.
  • Bake cookies until golden brown, for 12 to 15 minutes.
