Indulge in decadent brownie cookies with rich semisweet chocolate chips - the ultimate dessert treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and generously coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter and 1 cup of chocolate chips over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in brown sugar. Let it cool slightly, then stir in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa, salt, and remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes, until almost set. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring from the cookie sheets to cooling racks.
