Indulge in decadent peanut butter chocolate brownie cupcakes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 3/4 cup from 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and evenly distribute the batter among the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 24 to 26 minutes until a toothpick near the edge comes out almost clean. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow it to cool completely for about 1 hour.
  • Combine the frosting and peanut butter in a small bowl until creamy. Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture generously over the top of each brownie cupcake. Keep them loosely covered at room temperature.
