Brownie Cupcakes

Make brownie cupcakes by preparing Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix per instructions, dividing batter into muffin tin for 18 individual brownie cupcakes. Frost and decorate for a delightful treat perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line 18 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare batter according to the instructions on the brownie mix box. Fill each cup 2/3 full with about 3 tablespoons of batter.
  • Bake for 22 to 26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out almost clean. Be careful not to overbake. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then remove from the pan. Let it cool completely before frosting and decorating to your liking. Store covered.
