Brownie Nut Bites

Indulgent Brownie Nut Bites made with mini muffin cups and Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix - perfect for game day, ready in just 40 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (10.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line 24 mini muffin cups with mini paper baking cups.
  • Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and egg in a medium bowl and mix until smooth. Gently stir in nuts. Evenly distribute batter into muffin cups.
  • Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center almost comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the muffin pan.
