Indulge in the delicious blend of creamy ricotta, juicy pear, and savory prosciutto on crispy bruschetta.
Ingredients:
  • 56.88 gm Brand olive oil
  • 8 slices Bruschettina
  • 250g tub smooth ricotta cheese
  • 3 Corella pears, thinly sliced, lengthways
  • 200g sliced prosciutto
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Fresh basil leaves, to serve
  • Cracked pepper, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C (180C fan-forced). Brush both sides of the bruschetta with olive oil and place in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 5-10 minutes until lightly toasted.
  • Combine ricotta cheese and sweet honey for an indulgent mixture. Spread this luscious ricotta blend over the crispy bruschetta. Top it off with fresh pear slices and savory prosciutto for a delightful finish.
  • Transfer to a beautiful serving platter, generously drizzle with flavorful extra virgin olive oil, and garnish with fresh basil leaves and cracked black pepper.
