Crispy apple and Brussels sprout slaw with hazelnuts, cranberries, and wholemeal sourdough - a delicious and healthy salad in minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 200g pkts Baby Brussels Sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 1 Pink Lady or Granny Smith apple, cored, cut into matchsticks
  • 70g hazelnuts
  • 65g dried cranberry
  • 80ml french salad dressing
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, toss together the brussels sprouts, apples, hazelnuts, and cranberries.
  • Drizzle dressing over the salad, toss gently to combine, season to taste, and arrange on a serving platter.
