Brussels sprouts with bacon and hazelnuts

Crispy bacon and toasted hazelnuts add savory crunch to tender brussels sprouts.
Ingredients:
  • 500g brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
  • 25g butter, chopped
  • 3 rashers middle bacon, rind removed, thinly sliced
  • 82.50 ml dry-roasted hazelnuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • Boil Brussels sprouts in a saucepan of water for 6 to 7 minutes until tender. Drain.
  • In a frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add bacon and cook, stirring, until crisp (2 to 3 minutes). Add hazelnuts and sprouts, toss to combine, then serve.
