Brussels sprouts with bacon and macadamias

Enhance Brussels sprouts with smoky bacon and crunchy macadamia nuts for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml Macadamias
  • 100g Smoked Bacon, trimmed, chopped
  • 500g brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
  • 10g butter
Instructions:
  • Toast macadamias in a heated frying pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Then, finely chop them.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Saute bacon until well browned, then transfer to a plate. Add brussels sprouts to the pan and cook until starting to brown. Pour in 1/3 cup water, cover, and simmer over medium heat until brussels sprouts are tender. Stir in butter until melted, then combine with bacon, macadamia nuts, and season to taste. Enjoy!
