Brussels sprouts transformed with crispy bacon and creamy feta for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 500g packet frozen brussels sprouts
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 2 middle bacon rashers, trimmed, finely chopped
  • 82.50 ml dry-roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped
  • 60g feta, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Heat up the grill on high.
  • Prepare the brussels sprouts according to the package instructions. Drain and allow them to cool slightly before cutting them in half. Place the halved sprouts in a 5 cup-capacity ovenproof dish.
  • - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering. Cook bacon until golden and crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl to cool. Stir in hazelnuts and feta until combined. Crumble the mixture over Brussels sprouts.
  • Under the grill, cook until golden brown, for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.
