Elevate holiday fudge with creamy peanut butter fudge and rich chocolate ganache for the perfect sweet treat!
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups Reese's peanut butter chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cocktail peanuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9-inch square pan by lining it with foil and spraying it with cooking spray.
  • Microwave peanut butter chips in a large microwavable bowl on Medium (50%) in 1-minute intervals for 3 to 4 minutes until melted and smooth, stirring thoroughly after each minute.
  • Combine the condensed milk, peanut butter, and peanuts until well mixed to form a thick mixture. Press the mixture evenly into the pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and cream on High for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled fudge and refrigerate for about 2 hours until the chocolate sets. Then, cut into 8 rows by 8 rows and store covered in the refrigerator.
