Spicy Buffalo chicken fingers with a crispy crunch, ready in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 24 (1/2-inch-thick) strips
  • Blue cheese dressing, if desired
  • Celery sticks, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F and cover a cookie sheet with foil, then spray it with cooking spray.
  • Pour buffalo wing sauce into one dish and mix together bread crumbs, paprika, salt, and butter in another dish. Dip chicken into the wing sauce then coat it evenly with the bread crumb mixture. Transfer the coated chicken onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake the chicken uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through and the coating is golden brown. Serve with dressing and celery sticks.
