Buffalo Chicken Fingers with Blue Cheese Dressing

Savor crispy chicken fingers with tangy dipping sauce for a quick 35-minute dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Frank's™ RedHot™ Buffalo Wings Sauce
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs (about 3 slices bread)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb uncooked chicken breast tenders (not breaded)
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Beat eggs in a shallow bowl, then mix in Buffalo wing sauce. In another shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley flakes, salt, onion powder, and pepper. Dip chicken tenders in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange on a rack in a broiler pan and generously coat both sides of the chicken with cooking spray.
  • Bake until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Serve with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
