Indulge in zesty buffalo wings paired with crunchy onion rings and coleslaw.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 650g pkts Grill Spicy Buffalo Wings
  • 2 large red onions, thickly sliced into rings
  • Rice bran oil, to shallow-fry
  • 100g plain flour
  • 185ml mineral water
  • 350g Made Easy Kale Coleslaw Kit
Instructions:
  • Prepare the wings as instructed on the packet.
  • Prepare the onion rings by separating them. Heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium-high heat until it reaches 2cm up the side of the pan. In a medium bowl, mix flour and mineral water, then season it. Dip the onion rings in the batter, then fry each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown. Place the fried onion rings on a paper towel to drain.
  • Make a flavorful kale coleslaw by simply following the instructions on the packet.
  • Arrange the wings on a platter alongside crispy onion rings and refreshing coleslaw.
