Spicy buffalo chicken and bell pepper pizza on a crispy crust, ready in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 ready-to-serve whole wheat pizza crust (10 oz)
  • 1/4 cup fat-free ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 cup cut-up cooked chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup green and red bell pepper strips
  • 3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (3 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Place pizza crust on a large cookie sheet. Evenly spread ranch dressing over the crust and top with a generous sprinkle of celery.
  • Mix the chicken with the wing sauce in a small bowl. Spread it over the crust, then add bell peppers and cheeses on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the mozzarella is gooey and slightly golden. Serve by cutting into wedges.
