Spicy Cajun chicken with Buffalo sauce and creamy cheese on garlic naan pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, or to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.66666668653488 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons powdered Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • crushed black pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic naan breads
  • 1 (4 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
  • 0.33333334326744 cup melted butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Get your outdoor grill nice and warm over medium heat, then give the grate a light coating of oil.
  • Coat chicken generously with flavorful Cajun seasoning.
  • Grill chicken until fully cooked and juicy, flipping once, for 5 to 10 minutes per side. Allow the chicken to rest for 3 to 4 minutes before slicing into small pieces and setting aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, half-and-half, Parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic, and black pepper. Evenly spread this flavorful white sauce on naan bread, then top with chicken and feta cheese. Any leftover white sauce can be refrigerated for later use.
  • In a bowl, mix Buffalo sauce, melted butter, tomato paste, smoked paprika, and nutmeg. Drizzle the mixture over the naan pizzas.
  • Position the oven rack 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the broiler.
  • Grill pizzas until they are heated through, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Place the pizzas under the broiler until they achieve a golden brown color on top, approximately 1 more minute.
