Healthy homemade Buffalo chicken strips with a lower fat dip - a guilt-free and tasty twist on a classic restaurant favorite. Easy to make!
Ingredients:
  • 0.66670000553131 cup plain non-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into strips
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and blue cheese in a bowl. Mix in green onions and pepper. Refrigerate after covering.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet. Season chicken with salt and sautee over medium-high heat until lightly browned and cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove skillet from heat, add butter and hot pepper sauce, and swirl until the butter melts and coats the chicken.
  • Enjoy the hot chicken alongside the chilled dip mix.
