Ingredients:
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (6 tablespoons)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 chopped frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed meal
Instructions:
