Make delicious pizza boats using Old El Paso™ Soft Tortilla Bowls for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 tortilla bowls from 1 package (6.7 oz) Old El Paso™ Flour Soft Tortilla Bowls (8 Count)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • Sliced olives
  • Pepperoni
  • Crumbled cooked sausage
  • Diced cooked bacon
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Sliced or chopped bell peppers
  • Cut-up ham
  • Cut-up pineapple
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Prepare a vibrant pizza-making station with boats filled with pizza sauce, an abundance of cheese, and an array of enticing pizza toppings.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce in each boat. Fill boats with your favorite pizza toppings and sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on top. Arrange boats on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until the cheese is gooey and the edges of the boat are beautifully golden.
