Savor our simple and flavorful butter chicken skewers with just a few key ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 80g (1/3 cup) butter chicken curry paste
  • 90g (1/3 cup) natural yoghurt, plus extra, to serve
  • 700g chicken breast fillet, trimmed, cut into long thin strips
  • 4 naan breads
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, peeled into ribbons
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix the curry paste and yogurt together. Add the chicken and mix well to coat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • Heat up the barbecue grill or chargrill pan on medium-high. Skewer the chicken onto 12 metal or pre-soaked bamboo sticks and spray them with olive oil. Grill the chicken skewers, turning occasionally, until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Place the cooked skewers on a plate and cover them to keep them warm.
  • Grill the naan for 1 minute on each side until lightly charred. Serve on individual plates and garnish with extra yogurt, chicken skewers, and cucumber ribbons.
