Enjoy succulent chicken skewers with savory garlic butter veggies for a tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 60.00 gm garlic butter spread
  • 10 purchased marinated chicken kebabs
  • 6 truss tomatoes, halved
  • 300g breakfast mushrooms
  • 200g small green beans, trimmed
  • 125.00 ml fresh continental parsley leaves, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C, then spread 1 tablespoon of garlic butter on a large baking tray. Place the kebabs on the tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are cooked.
  • Preheat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Melt 1 tablespoon of garlic butter. Add tomatoes and mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes, then add beans and cook until tender, adding more garlic butter as needed.
  • Mix the parsley evenly with the vegetables. Serve the salad on individual plates alongside the kebabs.
