Ingredients:
  • 60g butter
  • 400g (2 cups) Basmati rice
  • Large pinch of saffron threads
  • 750ml (3 cups) water
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter until sizzling. Stir in the rice and luxurious saffron threads, then pour in water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a lively boil.
  • Swirl gently with a fork, then lower the heat and cover the pot. Let it simmer for 17 minutes. Fluff up the grains with a fork.
