Easy to make Buttermilk Chess Pie with smooth custard filling and crunchy top - a classic American dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 0.66666668653488 cup buttermilk
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
