Ingredients:
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat to 375°F and lightly grease with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or shortening until surface is hot enough for water droplets to sizzle and vanish.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Pour small amounts, just shy of 1/4 cup, onto a hot griddle.
  • Cook until the edges are dry, then flip and cook until golden brown.
