Butternut Squash Cornbread

Elevate your cornbread with a special secret ingredient.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (6.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cornbread & Muffin Mix
  • 1 pouch (4 oz) butternut squash purée
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously coat an 8-inch square or round pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl until well mixed, then spread the mixture in a pan.
  • Bake until lightly golden brown, about 16 to 18 minutes, then serve warm.
