Decadent butternut squash pie infused with warm spices, perfect for cozy fall nights and holiday gatherings.
Ingredients:
  • 2 prepared pie crusts
  • 2.5 cups cooked butternut squash cubes
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then mold each pie crust into 2 pie plates.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth; then, pour the mixture into the pie crusts.
  • Bake in the oven until pies are firm in the center, about 35 to 40 minutes.
