Butternut squash kugel: Crowd-pleasing and kid-approved!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup mashed, cooked butternut squash
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.25 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  • Combine butternut squash, flour, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl until mixed. Transfer mixture to the baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the kugel comes out clean. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
