Indulgent apple and pecan cobbler loaded with butterscotch chips, perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package butterscotch-flavored chips
  • 0.25 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2.5 large tart apples, peeled and diced
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup quick-cooking oats
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a bowl, mix together butterscotch-flavored chips, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Arrange the apples in a 9x13-inch baking dish and generously sprinkle the chip mixture on top.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Combine 1/2 cup flour and 1/4 cup brown sugar in a bowl. Use a pastry blender or your fingers to cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans and oats, then sprinkle over apples.
  • Roast in the oven until apples are perfectly tender, about 25-35 minutes.
