Fall-themed Bundt cake with butterscotch pudding mix, apples, and spices for a deliciously flavorful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups peeled, chopped apples
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt® pan.
  • Combine apples with a luscious mix of cinnamon, brown sugar, and nutmeg in a bowl.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, water, vegetable oil, and eggs together on low speed using an electric mixer for 1 to 2 minutes until fully combined. Pour 2/3 of the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Remove and discard any excess liquid from the apple mixture. Spread the apples over the batter in the pan and pour the rest of the batter over them. Use a spatula to even it out and cover the apples entirely.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is dry and springs back when touched, for about 55 to 60 minutes.
  • After baking, let the dish cool on a wire rack for 15 to 20 minutes. Gently loosen the edges using a table knife. Carefully flip onto a serving plate or cooling rack. Allow it to cool entirely before serving.
